Cook Pasta
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown Chicken and Add Aromatics
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Make Cream Sauce
Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes, dried oregano, and dried basil. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, pour in the heavy cream, and stir until heated through.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach leaves to the skillet. Toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce and the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
