Instructions

Step 1/4

Cook Pasta and Prepare Skillet

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using), and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Step 2/4

Cook Chicken

Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until the chicken is heated through, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3/4

Add Vegetables

Incorporate steamed broccoli florets, sliced bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes into the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4/4

Combine and Serve

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the chicken and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta, toss again to melt the cheese slightly, and then transfer to a serving plate or bowl. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired and serve hot.
