Prepare the Batter

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, low-fat cottage cheese, protein powder, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Coat the Bread

 Dip each slice of whole grain bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are evenly coated.

Steep 3/4

Cook the French Toast

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or butter. Place the coated bread slices on the preheated skillet or griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve and add optional Toppings

Once cooked, remove the French toast from the skillet and serve immediately. Optionally, you can top the French toast with fresh berries, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a drizzle of maple syrup before serving.
