Instructions

Step 1/4

Prepare Meatballs Mixture

  • 150g Ground Beef
  • 20g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1/2 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Onion

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 2/4

Shape and Brown Meatballs

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Shape the meat mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs to the skillet and brown them on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Step 3/4

Bake Meatballs

Once the meatballs are browned, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.

Step 4/4

Prepare Pasta and Serve

  • 80g Dry Pasta
  • 240mL Marinara Sauce

While the meatballs are baking, cook the pasta according to the package instructions in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. In the same skillet used for the meatballs, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the marinara sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Serve the pasta topped with the baked meatballs.
