Instructions

Step 1/3

Prepare and Season Patties

  • 150g Ground Beef

Preheat a grill, grill pan, or skillet over medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Season the patties with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2/3

Cook Patties and Toast Bun

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Hamburger Bun

Lightly coat the grill or skillet with olive oil on medium high heat. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat hamburger bun on the grill or in a toaster until lightly browned.

Step 3/3

Create sauceand Assemble Burger

  • 1/4 Roma Tomato
  • 1/4 Red Onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup

Once the patties are cooked, assemble the burger by placing them on the bottom half of the hamburger bun. Mix together your chopped up tomato, onion, and parsley with ketchup to create a simple sauce. Spread on top of the burger and serve.
