Step 1/3

Sauté Garlic and Potatoes

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then, add diced baby potatoes to the skillet and season the potatoes with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and golden brown.

Cook Steak and Asparagus

Push them to one side of the skillet and add the steak to the other side. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook the steak for 8-10 minutes until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Once cooked, remove the steak to rest. Add more olive oil if needed and add trimmed and chopped asparagus to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Serve

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Optionally garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
