My name is Luca, and alongside my brother, Nico, we founded Athleats. We've played sports for over 25 years combined and competed in some of the highest levels in sport, such as the FA Cup and Premier League.
Over the years, we developed a strong passion for nutrition and witnessed first-hand the impact it had in enhancing not only our athletic performances, but our overall health and wellbeing in our everyday lives.
In a world full of marketing tactics and misinformation regarding food, it’s difficult to know what is actually good for you. Which is why we want to provide a platform providing the resources for athletes, and health conscious individuals to achieve their personal goals.
